Just read Trinity Angels 1-12

I feel ripped off. The dorky guy who became an alien never got with Teresa, the green haired chick. :!:
They established that plot line in #1!

Other than that, were the books any good?

I've considered getting them, but haven't taken the plunge yet...

They were interesting in a non VALIANT way.
The art was good.
The story lacked a good third act.
The best bits were childish humor. In fact the second line of #1 may be the best gag in the series.

Pick them up on the cheap but don't rush out.

I just realized they never explained how the girls got he gems, why they took the powers, how they got in the forest, how the monsters knew to look for them or why they were wearing those costumes :!:

Cashing in on the scantily clad lady 90's craze. Remember Ladey Death, Vampirella, and every Image comic out there. :D I did enjoy the humor of this series, it's always good for a laugh.

Ya those books were eyecandy to an extent. I've got the whole run in the boxes, but honestly I don't know that I ever read a single issue cover-to-cover. I've got so much back reading to do that it's entirely probable that I never will read Trinity Angels all the way through.

I just recently replied it was Dan Panosian penciling the series. He does a great job!

I had a letter printed in the final issue that pretty much sums up the whole series to Valiant fans if you take a look...

Was shocked at the time they published it because outside of the one guest appearance in Ninjak they really had little impact on the VH-2 Universe that was being built.

Is it a universe that they were building at Acclaim, though?

I still chat now and again with Len Kaminski. He was really good to us during our Advanced Iron years. Maybe he could shed some light on Acclaim's weird publishing and also deliver some interesting Bloodshot stories.

Oh it was a Universe they were building. No question, I was friends (still talk to him) editor Jeff Gomez and they did have a plan. Acclaim Entertainment had other plans.

In that case I wonder where things would have gone had they not started publishing the weird 90's zeitgeist books like Trinity Angels, kid Ninjak and Troublemakers....
