Hello. With some strange luck I was able to get a hold of a few of these books and I will like to make available to board members first. In following betterthanezra's example, I am asking for what you feel is fair for the book + shipping as listed below (keep in mind that even cover price is at least $4.30 with tax). I realize this book has been a hot topic and I want to make it available to anyone who might not have been able to get it otherwise. Thanks!

Shipping for US addresses would be $5.70 priority shipping this includes delivery confirmation

Canada first class is closer to $9.00

International to all other countries is $13.00

(1 per person limit please, or send me a PM if you must have more than one for a local friend of yours or something)

Due to the limited quantity (about 14 I think ) I will be accepting on a first come first serve basis. This is the first time I am doing this so please forgive me if I am a little slow with the shipping.

Just went to LCS to pull my subscriptions and they have me a long story on why I didn't get one even though I order 3 months ago. Such a let down.

Several people saying their retailer didn't come through with one with a similar "couldn't be helped" like the last minute Midtown issue...

You're probably right, Jeremy. I spoke with one of the Midtown people yesterday, and he mentioned that Diamond made some last-minute changes that preceded the store's price hike. Could've been him just "passing the buck", though: I can't imagine they've gotten warm and fuzzy feedback from anybody.
