I'm the new guy.
Hey everyone, glad to be joining you all on the forum. A little about myself.
Well, as a little kid, I had a few comics, but I never really collected them. I still have my Turok Dinosaur Hunter #1 though . When I began high school I really started to get into comics. I mostly read marvel, but I also picked up a few DC titles as well. I read Marvel from just before Civil War and read on and off up until Fear Itself. I am kind of a completionist, so it was always kind of annoying when I was reading a Marvel comic and they would mention something I would have no clue about. I mean it was fun exploring the marvel database for answers, but I would have much rather experienced them for myself first hand.
Around that time I started to read more comics from the smaller publishers such as Image and Dark Horse. I then heard about the Summer of Valiant event, seeing that it was a fresh start on a universe, I decided to jump in! I really enjoyed all the titles, Bloodshot and Archer and Armstrong being my favorite. I kept up with all the Valiant titles until Harbinger Wars, then I moved away to college and didn't have money to spend of comics anymore sadly.
Flash foward to now, and I finally have enough money to really get back into comics! So I am currently trying to catch up. After I catch up, I think I am going to start collecting the classic Valiant comics. Oh yeah, and I also love comics from Image,Avatar, Dark Horse,etc..
I look forward to talking to all of you!

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.
