"The Jim Shooter Project" Results
What led to this:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is my plan:
Set # QTY User
1 20 JMATT
2 8 SonicDan
3 4 Greg Holland
4 12 Bobby
5 10 Jaden_Sai
6 8 Aram
7 6 Magnus (share with Phantom)
8 5 Ducky13
9 5 Iggy
10 3 Doodlebird
11 2 NSCC
12 1 NYCJadie
13 1 Magnus 9178
14 1 ValiantDude
15 1 Buff-Beardo
16 1 TurboD16
17 1 David_Albqu
Total: 89 Sets
Sets 1-17 will go to these people. The remaining sets will be randomly chosen, presumably by a black bag or a big hat, and go to fill the 89 sets. It will be #ed to 100 but it'll be more like 95 sets... I'll start with #1-10 then switch to 90-100, then continue with #11.
Sets #1 - 25 have an additional bookmark signed by JS and Jay Jay
Sets #1 - 50 have an additional bookmark signed by JS and Jay Jay
These are the "gold and platinum" variants.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is my plan. Speak up if you disagree or question.

Sounds like an awesome idea.
So if i read that correctly there will be 25 rare sets with 2 additional bookmarks, 25 sets with 1 additional and 50(less actually) normal sets?

Re: "The Jim Shooter Project" Results
The big winner is Jim but it's also YOU... FOR MAKING THIS ALL POSSIBLE.
I originally intended for Jim to sign bookmarks for me alone but thought- what's Jim getting out of this???
This is where the dream I imagined came true: HERE!!!
So THANK YOU!!!

Re: "The Jim Shooter Project" Results
Received Jim's signed bookmarks. JayJay's weren't in the mix, I did request he forward them to her for the double sign, hopefully he did.
This is going to take a couple of weeks for it all to make sense... I am only one person- but you'll all get what's promised.
UPDATE: Called JayJay and she's got the rest of them.

Those look great, Joe. How did you resolve the non-signable front issue from the first set? Non-gloss stock?

Greg Holland is paying for nearly everyone's shipping. This is a one time deal guys- these bookmarks will go far and wide... I am still waiting for JJ's autos then I can get to work, which would be at least a week to properly do it so it comes out right.

Re: "The Jim Shooter Project" Results
Dear Joe,
I hope all is copacetic.
I've been nibbled to death by Godzillas lately, but I finally found time to read some of the VALIANT comics set you brought me. It was great fun.
Thanks. And my thanks to all who contributed.
And thanks for everything else. The cake, the 50th commemorative, the good time.
Please convey my thanks to John, who interviews better than anyone deserves.
Regards
Jim

Joe,
Thank you very much for all that you do to keep the old-school VH1 vibe going.
There are precious few people walking planet earth who could pull this off.
And I thank you for the time you spent in putting this together.
