Free Digital TPB Promo from Amazon when Ordering a TPB

I pre-ordered the Rapture TPB last night on Amazon (which is incredibly cheap at $6.01) and they are running a promo where you can also receive a free digital graphic novel for doing so. The free digital book is from Marvel (there are 100 options currently), so may not be of interest to all. I checked around, and it seems to be available when ordering a number of different TPBs or graphic novels.

I have the same offer for pre-ordering Bloodshot Reborn Vol 2 Deluxe. But how do you get it for free? Everything on the list from their link shows a cost associated with it.

It's a promotional credit. Just put any of the available books in your cart and the credit will apply when you check out.

This. So, you pre-order your book. Then you'll get an email confirming that you have the promotional benefit. After you get that email, go to that link with the 100 options and just click to purchase it. When you get your receipt, you'll see that you the charge was covered by a promotional benefit.

FYI, Amazon seems to running this promo again if anyone's interested. I think you get the free offer when buying any graphic novel or trade, but I noticed it when looking at the pre-order for Secret Weapons:

In just clicking around, the offer ad doesn't seem to appear on every details page for a trade, but according to the terms and conditions, it seems to be open for any trade purchase.
