After reading them i took them off my pull list.

Pretty sure the guy who wrote it didn't read the previous project superpowers series.

The Green Lama is a wizard all of a sudden!
Typical Dynamite.

I really enjoyed #0, but haven't read #1 yet. Horses for courses clearly. :)

It may be something to protect the claim to the character/usage, but that is just speculation.

They’re all public domain characters. No need to run it out there just for that. Literally anyone can put Black Terror or the golden age Daredevil in their comics. Erik Larsen uses Daredevil in Savage Dragon right now. This is just another weak attempt at a cash grab by Dynamite.

Green Lama is actually a different case: http://pdsh.wikia.com/wiki/Green_Lama" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

He was published in pulps and comics, so in effect there are two different versions (albeit very similar) of him, so his situation is messier. The pulps copyrights were renewed.

I have been doing a lot of public domain research for a personal commercial project I am working on. :)

Well, I read #1 and it did not jar excessively with my previous PSP experiences, and i enjoyed it. The issue packed in a lot of action and quite a few characters, and felt more pacy than my recollections of chapter 1 and chapter 2, which had a slower pace for my reading.

I am in; this is the book I have wanted since The Owl series was released.

As a consequence of the first two relaunch issues, I have started re-reading chapters one and two and have enjoyed them more than the first time around; I think reading them in a compressed period of time is helping that.
