Wow, this looks so cool. And a nice price. I know nothing of scales. Is 1/6 the same as the Bloodshot figure that came out? Or the Rai statue? Or the Bloodshot statue? Can anyone shed some light on this?

It’s as same as their Bloodshot statue. Expensive but nicely done and of very high quality. I can’t tell if it requires assembly quite like the BS statue. That was crazy to assemble. All the buckles and straps were very difficult for me.

I really like the detail, but the price...ouch. Super cool though.

As far as scale: It is based off of a six foot tall person. 1/6=1 foot height. Atleast this is what I have always thought.

I had thought that 1/6 means 1” scale to every 6” of actual height. Assuming a general/average human height of 6 feet, a 1/6 scale means a 12” tall figure... (12 x 6” = 72”, or 6’)

Just had my pre-order on this cancelled, apparently they're no longer going to make it.

I've got Ninjak on pre-order and I've already got Bloodshot (you can take a look at him in my gallery post).
Me and my mom collect these 1/6 scale action figures and there are a lot of them based on movies. Marvel has a very big presence in this collector-community.

I think Bloodshot is totally worth the money. He's actually a bit of a bargain if you consider that some Avengers-figures by the company HotToys sell for around 300 bucks and they are about the same quality.

Yeahr, the assembly on Bloodshot was a little tricky with the straps and buckles but I'm kinda used to it. (a pair of fine tweezers is super helpful).
In my experience, it's pretty common that you have to finish "dressing up" the figure like with Barbie dolls... So, I guess Ninjak will have some assembly, too. Plus he's supposed to come with two heads (with and without Mask) so you will at least have to exchange the heads depending on what you want.

Exactly.
A normal person is 12" (or 30cm) with those figures but Bloodshot is actually around 32,5cm (so almost 13")

(I'm sorry if I'm starting to show off a little, but I'm just really into these things and have been for some years now)

Me, too. I just got the message.

Just, why? I hadn't been that excited for a new figure in ages and now this? What the hell?
