Do the other letters mean anything to anyone?

Not really, but I did a search for "Glyck" and found that there's a company called Quantum founded by someone with that name, so I thought that was interesting.

Well, BGL is a common acronym for the town I live in....Bergisch Gladbach....followed by "YCKI". Not cool!

I've been looking everywhere for the ultra-rare Turok vs Blister issue. Anybody able to help me out?

I haven't read all 9 pages if the thread, just want to comment and share what the comic book shop told me about badidea

A few people interested, but no commitment as of yet.people not signing up for all 4, as they want to see the book first and look through it. They will have a few on the shelf, for those to check out and buy, but no one has committed even to issue 1. ( I am doing mail order).

He did say, it seems like all hype about badidea and no one is actually talking about the comic itself. Everyone only talks about the publisher, it's all about the publisher. It's the comic that has to sell, and not the badidea hype. He said no one knews the comic title, just the publisher name.

I am buying the book, the synopsis doesn't grab me, but I have committed to all 4. I love the inks and would prefer what I have seen in black and white rather than the coloured version.

Should be a fun ride. Really hope I like the story.

What do you guys think? Should the actual comic be more hyped up, rather than their distribution.?
I wish their was a Spinal Tap comic, and I had a copy CGC graded at 11.

Aren’t you based in the UK? Forbidden Planet are distributing the books and they’ve got shops around the country. I’ve committed to all 4 of the first book released.

I should of been more specific to my store in Cambridge. Not all of UK, distribution.
I am sure across the UK, their is a couple of 100.
Thought in the local shop more people would have committed to the run of four.
Maybe London is pushing it more.

They did have the sign up a4 sheet in a prominent location in the store.

Will hopefully see more of an uptake towards release date. Cambridge has no orders, but getting a few for the shelf. Which is a good thing, as usually from small publishers they would never order for the shelf.
