Jason: I received my slab today in great shape. I appreciate the extra care you took to protect the slab. Already watching a few more slabs in your next auction.
Thanks again!

I have no clue how many newsstands there are of Magnus 64 in a 9.8. I guess we know there are 2 for sure!

My hunch wasn't about nycjadie's copy, so there are at least 3 for sure.battlepark wrote: ↑Thu Dec 24, 2020 6:51:12 pmThank you!

The site is very out of date. At some point next year, I hope to be able to update it. Lots of scanning to do also.

Re: RE: New Slabs on eBay
Did someone here win the Magnus 64 newsstand? I hope someone on here got it.
I am evidently out to lunch on newstand values. I put a snipe in just above $150 and was nowhere close to the closing price.

Re: RE: New Slabs on eBay
We talked about it on the boards for that issue, only 1 other person said they had a newsstand copy at a 9.8.
Valiant Newsstands are just that much rarer in high grade compared to Marvel/DCs from that time.

I paid $220 shipped for mine, as an FYI. They are so darn hard to find in high grade. Hell, they are just so darn hard to find. Re: RE: New Slabs on eBay
I know they are incredibly rare. Just underestimated how popular they are with some people.
I have a handful of the newsstand issues and the completest in me would like to finish all the newsstand books raw. I can live without them in 9.8 though - which is a good thing as there may not even be 9.8 quality copies of all the different newsstand books in existance.
Jason I see you have a Rai Blue TPB up in 9.8 now. I would be all over that if I didn't get CKBs copy when he had his big sale. That is another super rare book in 9.8. You really are bringing out a lot of rare books lately. Good luck with all the sales.
