Dark Dominion 0 for binding?

I want to bind my Defiant comics, but I need a printed version of Dark Dominion 0, Glory 0, and Good Guys 1.5. Anybody have any ideas how to get something like this for a bind? Not looking for a collectors item, just a printed copy (if they even exist).

I of course can figure out a way to print something myself, but prefer to not do that unless necessary.

Not yet. Things got busy, but am still plan on it. Still need these books to print for binding too

I've been trying to find the same thing. I think I've got some decent images of Glory that was going to just print and include. Not sure though how to get it to where it looks ok. What were you planning?

I found those on a website years ago and maybe I can upload them here or I could email them I suppose?

I have some files I can print, but prefer not to unless it is a last resort.
