Holy crap! That Lapham Shadowman vs Solar vs Mothergod is one of the top Unity pages for sure. Solar 10 Perlin/Dixon is classic as well.

Wow those are awesome! So many pages of amazing art from that first two years of the original Valiant. It was a series of guys who eschewed the "image Comics art style" and just made these gorgeous books with compelling pages. There is just something about that era of Valiant that delivered this perfect evolution/combination of Silver and Bronze age comic book art to the pages.
