VEI promo trading card
Going through my longboxes to see what I have left, and I kept this promo trading card for some reason. I think I believed this was rare, but it's hard to find information. I am considering putting it up on eBay but looking for any context. If it's not rare, then I'll probably throw it in with a lot auction I'm prepping.

These are not common. I guess you might call them rare. I'm not sure exactly how many were made, but it wasn't a lot. Definitely less than 500. Might have been less than 200.
