Basically what's gonna happen first is the final script won't be complete untill the summer which doesn't help my Course Project work so what's gonna happen if for my project it's gonna be an extended 5 minute trailer. So that's what is gonna happen first of all.

Basically I want to use all three brothers because I love the idea behind Ivar Anni-Padda. A big part of the storyline I am working on at the moment involves him and his pledge of non-interference. I also have an idea to use both Archer & Armstrong (Aram Anni-Padda). Yes the Imortal Enemy is the villan of the piece at the moment he will be the baddy. I do want to introduce my very own character but it will be very small and basically it's written to die.

I think it be cool to keep it public so other people can jump in with their suggestions.

A five minute trailer sounds good. If you're going to include the two brothers they shouldn't dominate the story, this should be a Gilad story.

Maybe a shot of Ivar talking about the nature of time and the ramifications of cause and effect as it relates to the Immortal Enemy, something like that.

Aram at a bar, maybe a brawl.

Quick shots of them that fall in line with the overal story you're telling.

Look at the World's Finest trailer for inspiration.

You see this is the thing while is started very much as Eternal Warrior film to me this is about all 3 brothers. Give them equal screen time because I like all 3 characters at the moment and the idea I have very much screams the three of them. The title may change from Eternal Warrior. or an S might just be added if I am not too creative that day.

On everything else I agree with you. I like the ideas for shots. I think sometime this week there will be a blog going up to do with this but obviously I am gonna keep using this forum.

You could make it an Eternal Warriors movie but still keep them from overshadowing each other.

If I were you the plot I'd use would go something like this:

The Immortal Enemy targets the warriors to kill them. He kills Aram at a bar, so Gilad goes seeking revenge. In the process he meets up with Ivar who is in between stops. Ivar gives him some advise and then catches the next time arc out of here.

That leaves Gilad to go after the IE at his glass tower to seek revenge.

Because it's only a five minute trailer it should be snappy yet have some characterization between the brothers and, I assume, a love interest for Gilad, but the plot could be as simple as I propose, just a quest for revenge.

IE seeks revenge on Gilad and Gilad seeks revenge on him.

Ok that's a plot I'll consider. But I am confused about just one thing in relation to that. Aram, the brother you are killing off (if appears that way anyway) isn't he imortal? Therefore he could try to kill him but he would not succeed surely?

By the end of the either today or tomorrow there should be a basic storyline to post. On the love interest yeah I might have one but I do hate films that have a love interest just to have a love interest like by pushing it forward more women will be interested in seing *cough* Lord of the Rings *Cough*

This isn't gonna be your typical hero movie. I don't like happyness in films just for the sake of it and I am not that big on happy endings either - cause lets be honest life isn't all happy endings.

You can kill the immortal brothers by cutting off their head (cliche, yeah, but that's what they said in the comics...).

You could cut Aram's head, heh.

I think you could use Jillian Alcott from EW #1 as the love interest.

Just because the movie has a female lead/love interest doesn't mean it must have a happy ending, specially if it's a movie about revenge.

Jillian could die at the end just like Aram, so even though Gilad defeats the IE the IE still has the last laugh.

Ok yeah but the good guy beats the bad guy but at a terrible cost is a very old movie cliche in itself.

Although having said that the storyline we are working on is pretty sci-fi cliche. Just making sure at the moment that it can actually be done inside the valiant universe.

At this present time there may be a love interest there may not. I'm not a big fan so there may not be although I do owe a really good actress a part in a film so there may well be lol

A development in the plot is that this story in someway may involve The Sect.

Up-Date 7/12/2005 (7th December 2005)

Just a small set of up-dates on the project dubbed "Fan Film Project" on my pc and sub-divided into "Full Version" and "5 min. trail." for all those who care and thats....exactly no one!

- My signature on the board is the working title and the working tagline. To state just for the record this is:
Working Title = The Eternal Warriors
Working Tag-line = When you reach the end what can
you do but return to the beginning?

- The song(s) being considered to be used are either going to be these songs or something similar I may get a very good friend of mine with qualifications and composition experience. O Death by Ralph Stanley, Whisper by Evenescense, Fade by Staind, Hello by Evenescense and breaking the habbit by Linkin Park. At the moment breaking The habbit and Whisper are the two most at the front of my mind also O Death cause I love that song and it's so just movie-fitable if you get what i meant. Sadly it's allready been in a film

- The first draft of the plot is almost complete. It will be posted here when it is.

- talks have begun with some potential crew and also scheduling has begun. We are now into pre-production so it's now 50% that this will happen in February time in terms of filming.

Yeah well the first of those, as far as my rough schedule goes, might be up in February. What's more likely in terms of photo's are cast & Crew.

Ok today's up-date part 1. (Valiant Fans only version)

- The basic plot of the movie is this (just hoping everyone knows the difference between plot and storyline lol) Ivar AKA Timewalker goes to leave through a time arc but he is followed by someone through the time arc. We later discover it was The Immortal Enemy that has followed him through. This causes a ripple effect along the timeline of the universe. Everything is changed apart from the 3 Immortal brothers and The Immortal Enemy and they also awareness that things have changed. Gilad's son is alive and when Archer & Armstrong are re-united they discover Mahmud of The Sect is alive and after Armstrong once again. Mahmud & The Sect being used as puppets by The Immortal Enemy go after Archer & Armstrong and in the fading moments of battle Archer is killed and when Gilad's son runs to his side The Immortal Enemy kills him. After the tragic death's of Archer and Gilad's son the brothers must unite to destroy The Immortal Enemy and a new unexpected Enemy that has been thrown up by this changed universe. Nothing will ever be the same again for when you reach the end what is left but to return to the beginning?

- At this moment there will be a slight guest appearence from Jack Boniface but not as shadowman. In this altered timeline there is no Shadowman.

- Expect some cliche and some darn tooting whitty banter between the 3 brothers but outside of that this movie will hopefully be nothing like anyone expects.

HI just a quick up-datey. Although by now if people have read my posts about other movies they probably are dreading me ever making my own and they have good reason to feel that way!

Just thought I would throw a bit of a something from the trailer to wet the appetite. This is part of a huge monologue that will appear in the full feature. It's something I stole from another script I had been working on but scrapped which was a script that never got past basic idea stage to do with a set of heroe's called The Stonehenge Six. Anyway we're not sure if this will make the final cut as we're looking to write more then we'll need. So here goes.

"Evil spreads from every part of the universe to converge at one point and at one time. Time is rapidly being enveloped by clouds of darkness that will not shift. I have seen it. It will not sleep and it will not pull back from the brink. Evil will rest at nothing untill it has achieved it's goal. It will not yield the chase. It will hunt us down like dogs untill we are no more. It will kill us all....unless we stand together. Unless we stand as one. Evil is coming...Evil is here!"

Allright this will be the last up-date on this project because just like my idea that it would be cool to re-make "Bio-Dome" with Charlie Sheen has pretty much been dropped. Well I lied about wanting to re-make Bio-Dome but anyway. The Long and Short of it I was trying so hard to make it potentially as low budget as possible yet still retain certain elements that made the comics so popular. I realised half way through writing my first 15 or so pages of script that I was just writing my own characters and story very much from a film I had an idea for called "the Stonehenge 6" so I'm writing that.

The other reason I won't make The Eternal Warriors just now, apart from not being nearly good enough to do it justice, is that I got offered the chance to co-write and direct (on my own not co-direct) a mock-u-mentary about wrestling in Britain and I've taken the chance to do something on a topic I am passionate about. So I will still post and people can message me to find out about other stuff but "The Eternal Warriors" won't be a movie I'll make. Anyone else out there wants to do I'll be happy to help!
