They aren't acknowledging the fact that this is part of a series issued from the publisher, & not just another convention signing book. I think it should have got a Unversal (Blue) rating, instead of the Qualified (Green Label of Death). I wonder if the grade was lowered due to the sigs & embossment, which is what make the VVSS series special, & it's really a 9.8. I can't agree with CGC on this one....---Steve Gx-omatic wrote:They don't even acknowlegde that they a real signatures.

The book is likely in CGC 9.6 condition...
The Green label means they ignored the signature and embossing
when they graded the book. They never include loose items in the slab
(like COAs).
Honestly, I don't think the Green label will affect these books if we all get used to it.
Since we know what a real VVSS looks like, I don't think we're "doubtful"
that this book is the real deal, even though it has a green label.
They say that purple label is "Purple Label of Death" (PLOD),
maybe we should call green labels " Green Label of Doubt" (GLOD)...
and in this case, I have no doubts that it's a 9.6 of Turok #1 VVSS.
