I hate to seem like I am riding you, but I think that you are keyword spamming in this auction. You list cgc in the title of the auction while the book is a cgg book. I dont have a problem with, but some do. It could result in your auction being pulled. You might want to change the auction to reflect which book it is...

Hopefully your buyer is consciencious enough to notice it's not CGC in which case they don't mind it's CGG and everyone's happy. However if they don't notice they might bid and later complain especially if they don't know the difference between the two.

No reason to confuse your customers. Better to be straight forward with your descriptions since it along with your feedback are about the only things that inform your customers of your ethical standards.

Confusion will most likely = fewer bidders which = bubkis!

What about some of the guys who slug their auction "CGG NOT CGC"

That way it's honest, but in a sneaky way to catch all the searches.

Being honest and sneaky at the same time is ok.

Well I think that if you ask me...I dont care, of course the guys over on the cgc boards might see it otherwise...think about is everyone listed like this. It would make ebay fairly useless fairly quickly.

I am selling my "Not barbie, hot wheels, valiant, cgg, cgc, or magnus paper plates"

It is key word spamming...all the same..

'not' auctions are 'not' allowed by eBay, for the very reasons Dawg mentions. They get pulled when reported (for the most part.)

NO...simply put nothing but what the auction is actually for is allowed in the title. see my example.

I am selling my "Not barbie, hot wheels, valiant, cgg, cgc, or magnus paper plates"

If everyone keyword spammed all of their auction the search on ebay would be completely useless. :!:

maybe I should report it...you clearly arent getting it...

I take it CGG is now encapseling their graded issues in hard cases? I remember them talking about this when I sent some issues through last year.

Yes for about 16 months. You can get your outer holders for around $2 if you send the books to them.
