CGC flood?
I did a search on eBay looking for Valiant cgc'ed books using the words "valiant" + "cgc" (ingenious, I know) and I came up with 20 books selling in the next 6 days. Of course you have to take into account that not all of these auctions are using the keyword Valiant in them and this also does not include cgg books that are out their currently as well.
So let's say there are 30 valid 3rd party grading valiants being sold in the next week at grades 9.4 or higher. Using greggy logic this tells me that the market is about to be flooded. (insert statistics here). Already we've seen a huge increase in Valiants being cgc'ed since the last census update. I've been told from reliable source that a huge number or Valiant books are currently being graded at cgc head quarters and are about to be returned to their owners this September. We known that TCL5555 walked in to the Wizard con and got a huge stack of 9.6 and 9.8 Valiant graded previous thought super rare and finally, it's obvious that more Valiants are resurfacing from private collections to be sold on eBay in probably high grades if one was to submit them to cgc.
Anyone else feel like Valiant cgc books are overated? I wouldn't be suprised if the bottom falls out in the next couple of months. What do you guys think?
