Holy shnikeys! You even have a "full-size" Spider-Man, movie version by the looks of it!

Yup, he's the Blockbuster version. His right arm is broken, but that made him dirt cheap! :D

Tech, do you have the "CI" prototype cards for the Sandman set???

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

I don't know what it says about me, but if it makes you less crazy in the eyes of your significant other.....

The shelves have the framed posters hanigng on the front of them so the room looks "less industrial." Plus with shelves like that wall space is limited.

The shelves are custom built by me and my dad. They are 3/4" plywood with four 2x4's running the length of them and 16 legs apiece. I don't think they'll sag, but you never know. Also, all the legs are direcly above each other, so the weight goes straight down.

My collection is out of control....literally. 74 long boxes on the shelves, another half dozen on the floor and in the closet, two short boxes, two CGC boxes and tons of odds-n-ends. These are a year old, the shelf in the first picture is now competely full.

wow.. I don't know how I missed this before..... If my wife saw that she would throw my laptop away.... for fear that I might want a man-cave like that.....

(I use the laptop to talk to yous guys :thumb: )

I dont have the toys or other collectables like MagnusRF has, Im just a comic geek. Here's a semi-recent pic of my books.

I would love to have and see 80 - 90 long boxes. Its hard enought for me to store my stash as it is. You have to think about how you are going to store your comics. They certainly take up a LOT of room. I currently have 26 long boxes of books and my wife has 5 (those on the right are hers, this pic was back when she had 4 boxes). We have basically sacrificed all the wall area in my computer/workout room. It will go nowhere else in the house.

I know, How can I leave them all unprotected in a non climate controlled destruction area like this???

Im doing the best that I can.... :|

That was me. My entire Valiant and Acclaim collections are based around having two of each item. No, I don't really know why, that's just the way it is. So I need one more Chaos Effect pin.

Would anyone be interested in buying this from me?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0034675168

I really only bought it for the OS7 card. I still need one more OS7 card if anyone has one for sale/trade.

Anyway, all of the cards are in binders and the chase cards are in toploaders. I can probably fill in the holes with the missing chase cards (maybe the OS cards too) and get someone a pretty complete set of the Valiant cards all in one shot.

PM or email me if interested.

Sure, I've got one of those ... oh, wait, it's just another kick in the virtual nuts!

Boom!
