Very slow for Valiant comics in Aus at the moment, I did manage to score a Harbinger 1 & 2 for 50cents (about 25cents U.S) each at a local comic shop last month, Apart from that it's all ebay.

Yeah, still here. Was in Brisbane in April for SupaNova (con report here), that was my last valiant purchase.
