I'd like to, but they're still in five and ten-packs as originally stored from back in the day. I've already got them socked away, and may not bring them out until I submit them for grading.Elveen wrote:StarBrand wrote:Just picked up 50 Shadowman 8s in nm condition, amongst other Valiants I bought today.

The price was certainly right.Elveen wrote:Not necessarily bragging, but.... here is the report of my latest adventure LCSing. I went out to a few places today and I found some intresting stuff:
All of these I got for .25 each.
SO I bought my first ultraverse book today. A Strangers holographic #1. I have no idea what it is worth, but the cover is sweet. I dig it.
Batman Legends of the Dark Knightt #65-68. The Going Sane arc with the Joker. It just looked cool, especially for .25 each.
Some cool Crossgen books. Masters of the Universe Power of Fear #1, MotU Rise of the Snake Men #3, MotU Icons of Evil, Dragons lair #1-3 (I've just never seen these before, so I could not pass them up.) And because I got the other Dragon's lair books, I also got Dragons Lair #1 & #2 from Arcana. (they are thick like 1/2 a TPB).
Now I remember a post I made asking about D&D type books (I was reading the Magic the Gathering books), and I remember a few dudes mentioned a books called Elric. So I stashed it away.... and I found some today.
I got Elric (Pacific Comics) #1, #2, #4, #5, #6, #8. These books just look dang darn cool.
I also picked up 2 League of EG vol. 2, #3/4, #6. Just because.
I also got some Crossgen books I needed and 2 Acclaim Grackle books.
So I didn't find a GBU, but I got some interesting stuff.

I think so too. As more and more people finish their VH1 runs and start on the VH2 &3 books, they are finding it out as well.Elveen wrote:Daniel Jackson wrote:Deadside 3 is a hard book to find in NM condition, nice snag.
I've found it to be a hard book to find in any condition.
I really think these late run Accliam books are under priced on the guide.

True. Just imagine what will/might happen if the "market" gets bigger.

But I have still found Shadow v3 is back issue bins. But not #6s.
I can just see Jedi walking in to a LCS, and walking out with a grin as he got another Shadow v3 #6 on the cheap......
