yep they were in a box under the table.
I love finding stuff like that. :thumb:
So far every comic ship I've gone to has resorted to placing Valiants under the tables below the "main stream" back issues...but not very good stuff...a few nice ones here and there but no Harby 1's w/coups .....so my quest continues..

I went to a Bad Apple Comics in my hometown to kill some time. I wound up leaving with a Solar 1, 2, 5, 6, 9 for $20. The real kicker was that he threw in a free V2. Shadowman Retailer Review issue.

Get all the pre-uni and rare books you can now. I think we are just seeing the tip of this wave of demand.

And there is something about the early Solar and Magnus books. :cloud9:

Not necessarily a super deal. But I finally found Plasm 13, it is my last regular Defiant issue.

good deal? So long since I've bought a lot like this I wasn't 100%, but it seemed right:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0237973983

Solar #2-13, 50, Solar: Hell on Earth #1-4

for $36.50 shipped.

condition looks to be mixed, but around NM on the pre-Unity books (except for #10, which has a wicked crease).

Sad thing is last year it would have sold for around $15.

Sadder, is that I/we did not buy more last year.
