Wow, what a tough one to think about. In no particular order......

  • Gran Turismo PSX (I can still drive Laguna Seca with my eyes closed).

SW: KOTOR XBX (The only RPG that I cared about)

Call of Duty 4 360 (Once I started playing this Halo felt slow, lots of skill and tactics involved.)

Halo 3 360 (Brought a new definition to what a MP FPS could offer on a platform, saving entire game videos that you can watch from any players perspective or detach camera. Simply Amazing)

Halo 2 XBX (Where are those two years of my life.)

Halo XBX (Nothing like talking trash when you got four Boxes system linked and you scream from room to room at your friends.)

TIE Fighter PC (is there a better flight combat simulator even after fifteen years)

Armed and Dangerous XBX (hands down, the funniest game I have ever played.)

Oblivion 360 (What a time sucker, and you will never know it is happening.)

Psi-Ops XBX (Ahead of its time)

#11 Mario Kart 64 N64 (Spiked Shell on the way. :o  )

I just spent the last hour writing a really in depth piece about the series I love/loved playing and why. I was about to finish and start on a couple of individual games when my computer crashed and I lost it all.

B astard machine!!!

I can't be arsed to do it again so you will have to make do with just a list.

In no particular order:

Series:
Final Fantasy
Breath of Fire
Soul Blade/Edge/Calibur
Tekken
.Hack//
Mario Bros.
Zelda
Megaman/Rockman
Resident Evil/Biohazard
Castlevania
Half-Life

No matter how many they do I keep going back to these series.

Individual games:
Abe's Odyssey (played the sequel but wasn't as good or as challenging)
Jet Set Radio (only played the first one)
Flashback
Rogue Galaxy
Forza 2

I am sure there have been more but these are the only ones that jump out at the moment.

Biohazard was great, but how did these two get lumped together? There not from the same series. There not related at all, were you tying to squeeze one more into your ten? :D
Drift wrote: Abe's Odyssey
Another great call, lots of fun. I did enjoy The Stranger game, but you're right it wasn't nearly as challenging.

Do you have the special Zelda promo discs that came out for the gamecube? I have both of them and it's awesome to be able to play those games without getting out an old NES or SNES.
