I HAD to send this guy an eBay message. I asked him to please get a guide to help him with his grading, and pointed out that no one will believe the NM/M tag coupled with the defects plainly visible in his very own picture.

heres a real winner
"This auction is for a collection of comics that have slight water damage from when my washing machine got a hair ball and decided to dump the contents of itself onto my floor. Nothing like surprises to break the monotony of the day. Anyway good wisdom told me to toss out these comics but looking through them I could see that most of the damage was so slight that you could barely see it and there were some interesting reads here that you may be curious to check out and perhaps explore later."
