No, not at all.

Darkhawk has some sort of suit of armour with powers. He's more than just a human at peak physical prowess and a world-class detective.

Also, I did not know that he was a New Warrior.
As a part time reserve member considering he popped up in NW (1st) #14, 22-25 in his original armor and #48-51 (in the upgrade armor version).

Appearances of Darkhawk are good.

One step closer to him getting his own mighty series once again.

When that happens I will be VERY excited.

I am not a "gotta get every appearance" kind of guy, so I won't be RUSHING out to get this, but I will probably check it out.

I wasn't that excited by his appearance in Runaways a while back, but it is ALWAYS good to see Darkhawk in action.

Darkhawk will be getting a 2 issue mini that might leads into the War of Kings event next year.

Here's the link: http://www.marvel.com/news/comicstories ... o_February

The cover is done by Brandon Peterson and speaking of said cover. Has anyone notice the similarity to Darkhawk #26 cover?

I think Mr. Sinister has been reincarnated in Archangel's body! Or maybe he combined Archangel's DNA with Cyclops' considering the red visor he has on?

Unlike a lot of Marvel books right now, I think I'd read that story. :thumb:

You know Sleepwalker has been appearing in Ms. Marvel, right? ? He's a member of the team she leads (Operation: Lighting Storm), along with Machine Man.

Given the reboots/rebirths the other Image books have gotten recently, that might go better than expected.

I liked Darkhawk too back in the day—it was one of the first runs that I jumped on with issue #1. I remember the first year being decent and second year being okay. Once Manley left the title it seriously tanked. I’ll at least thumb through the two-parter—could be interesting.

#1’s looks like the original suit but updated a little. This is the armor he’s been running around in lately right? It’s a vast improvement over the later run’s suit (starting with #38).

I’m not digging that #2 costume at all though—too organic maybe. Also I the gold and blue is just garish. Hopefully that’s just the fire’s reflection not the actual color. However, the new costume does look more like an aggressive predatory bird to me—it may have potential.
