I figured I take a gamble with this lot since the description was kinda vague, but I think it paid off. First off, major kudos to the seller for packaging it nicely. He had it double boxed/padded and insured for free. Here are what the books graded out using CGC standards.

I think the reason it ended at that price was people were probably afraid to bid due to the fact that the seller gave a very vague description on the condition of the books. Not only that, putting "AS IS" in the description is usually a big turn off for potential bidders. I really took a 50/50 chance gamble hoping they be in descent condition. I was kinda surprised to see the key issues in such high grades. It was like they were just pulled off the racks back in the 60's and 70's.
