Who is The Most Powerful Valiant villain?
In the spirit of fandom fun, I pose this question.
Who is the most powerful villain in the Valiant universe?
I always enjoyed Harada as the enforcer style Prof. X, in fact I think much of what has happened in the X-universe subsequently has some links to HARBINGER.

In my young Valiant-reading experience, i'd probably have to go with Erica Pierce, based on what we've actually SEEN...however...
...my personal opinion is Dr. Eclipse! I feel like in the appearances i've read so far, he has been under-used, but just seems like he could be one destructive bad-@$$!!! Plus, i've always been a sucker for evil versions of heroes (Venom, Bizarro, Man-Bat, to a degree, etc.).
Oh, and if you want to see TRUE evil, check out this pic that I just found that I drew a couple years ago.
May I present...Rob Liefeld's rendition of Optimus Prime:

Jonesy, terribly sorry to hear about your lose.
Pierce is pretty high up there, but all in all, it really didnt take much to take her down. Didn't her son stab her? Which led to her death? (I may be mistaken, havent dug them out to check) If so, shouldn't she have seen that coming?
I agree with the Dr. Eclipse not being fully utilized, but it doesn't seem like many of the villains were. The immortal enemy from the Eternal Warrior series never really did anything that evil aside from trying to kill Gil, and the cartel. Master Darque had some awesome powers, as well as Harada. The latter too were pretty awesome.
As for the picture Jonesy, I'm not seeing the liefeld in it. I mean, we can clearly still see some of optimus prime past his arm. Plus there is no gun that stretches on for 3 pages. You come back with a bicep and a 478 barreled, belt fed, super chromed, 82 clip fed, automatic laser/bullet/missile/nuke/time-traveling gun that fills up the entire page, and we are in business.

No, the sword only weakened her momentarily, Solar was the one who finally did away with her. She didn't really die, she was just locked away in a "cincture wormhole of non–existence". (according to MOTA's wiki).tmcneil82 wrote:

For me (and this was in reading after the fact) EP was a gimmick in many ways, a reason for a story to happen (think Beyonder in SW). The gimmick doesn't really last beyond (no pun intended) the vehicle for which they are needed.
I don't know about which is the most powerful (I think Darque, Harada and Eclipse are all very powerful in very different ways), but VH1 had some great villains in its early days when you add in characters like Ax, Immortal Enemy and Silk as well. The point is that in doing away with some of these I think VALIANT painted themselves into a corner because what other villains will evenutally follow may feel like a pale imitation. Heroes are only as good as the villains they face in fiction. I hope that in whatever form the next VALIANT takes* that the best villains are savoured rather than summarily dispatched.
*and yes I still favour a soft reboot that feels like VH1 in some ways while jettisoning some of the story dead-ends and building on the most iconic parts of the VALIANT universe, and maybe incorporating the best ideas of other iterations. Change is inevitable (if VEI ever publish new ongoing material which I hope they will) simply due to the absence of the GK3, so a soft reboot makes the most sense. They could even start afresh (but following the VH1 model rather than the VH2 model), but that may be too radical for some.

Let's not forget that Erica Pierce is crazy. The whole being abused/low self esteem/crazy broad type of thing. Being unstable makes you dangerous but probably doesn't help you in the long run. Harada, on the other hand, is a cold, calculating, omega harbinger who is the head of a multinational corporation. Everything he does is done for a reason.
but.....
Does Harada even qualify as a villan? Isn't his his whole thing secure the future of the human race? Sure he might have killed a few people/kids along the way, but you can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.....
