Is it possible to get several single day passes for this one? If I read the site correctly, the only allow 1 pass per PERSON per purchase? I wanted to get TWO passes for a day or two but that seems impossible. Any suggestions/clarification? Yes, you heard it right, gang...IF I can get in, I'm going to SD this summer.

You can buy 4 single day passes for yourself, and the same for someone else, but it will need to be in their name.xodacia81 wrote:Is it possible to get several single day passes for this one? Right. If you wanted 4 passes for Saturday, they would need to be in 4 different names. They print the names right on the badges.Elveen wrote:You can buy 4 single day passes for yourself, and the same for someone else, but it will need to be in their name.xodacia81 wrote:Is it possible to get several single day passes for this one? I'd be glad (schedule providing) to take up that mantle for a couple of hours at least.Elveen wrote:I need to be there to get sketches. I think the Hilton is the one right across the train tracks to the left (if you are facing away from the con). If so, it looks like there are some SWEET views there. Plus the very close walk. I think this might be my girlfriend's first SDCC, which will mean a hotel, rather than a friend's couch. (If we don't cancel, I broke down and bought eight one day passes when I saw Saturday was going quick, figuring I had till June to decide if we were really going to go). With a whole lot of luck, we will wind up in the Marriott, since I believe she has a ton of Marriott points from her old job.

It'll probably take 200,000 mariott points to stay at that hotel that week, maybe even more, and that's if they have any rooms available that you can use your points with.JohnnyRnR wrote:I think the Hilton is the one right across the train tracks to the left (if you are facing away from the con). I believe you're correct about the Hilton, it's pretty much right next to the con. Last year we stayed at the Holiday Inn on the Bay, it was a little walk, but the exercise was good.

I'm looking forward to the card game too! That was the highlight of the con last year, I think we'll need a bigger room this year, maybe we can set up something in advance with one of the hotels and get a small meeting room or something.Elveen wrote:I got my Thurs. and Fri passes just now.

It's looking pretty good right now, I've got enough AMEX Jet Blue points to cover my flight, just waiting to find out if I'll have a pass for the show, but I've been told I will.Elveen wrote:wrunow wrote:I'm looking forward to the card game too!
