What's the story with the rarity of this particular HC? Vol 2 and 3 are readily available at a discount from Amazon. Vol 1 can be found on eBay and at Amazon marketplace but it's $100+.

Yeah, it's still out of print. I even tried my editorial contacts at Dark Horse for a dinged up copy. Nothing.
V2 and V3 are still in stock at Diamond.

Is that the right cover art for that book?
