I haven't listened to the new podcast but during the first go around I kind of got bored and quit listening until he couldn't ascend the shaft with the mask or something like that.

I've been listening to every podcast. You guys do a great job even with your tangents.

I have also always been a fan of the wildcats #2 cover. It's cheezy but still cool. That is such a love/hate period of comics for me.

I'm a big Silver Surfer fan so it's even more odd that my favorite non-Valiant character started off the craze.

just joined the board and also sent an email to the OTV gmail with a ton of thoughts.

Best gimmicks for my money:

Continuity had some great ones for Deathwatch 2000. Earth 4 #1 had a raised, textured cover that was awesome. Armor #3 for DW2K had a very intricately die-cut cover that was likewise nice. The 'magic eye' cover for Ms. Mystic was pure garbage though.

Even the Rise of Magic books had a nice raised logo top-piece atop all the books.

One of my favorite gimmick covers has always been the diecut to Batman #500. I just always thought the cardstock was good quality, and the artwork and cut job was superb :)

I did a quick recap of the three that were released since we last recorded.

I think I spent longer talking about Surprising Theatre 4.

WOO HOO!!!! A new Episode!

I just listened to it this morning and it was quite enjoyable. Fatality made me laugh quite a few times w/ the random song choices that he sung.

I have to also agree with y'all regarding the insanity of SDCC...and how it will become MORE insane with the Glee fans there.

Good....God...
