Also from the collection the other day, a short box of Ultraverse.
Funny though as he must have struggled to get some of these when they first hit, as there two of a few issues. I guess to replace the battered ones he has.
Overall though not a single premium in the boxes, there was however a Black September preview book that i had never seen before over here.
I can go through all my issues and upgrade a few and add a good twenty that i was missing.

The rest will sit there in a box in the corner feeling lonely as i dont know anyone else in the UK trying to complete these right now.

Don't read that Godwheel trade. It is that bad. And this is coming from an Ultraverse fan.

Also - might drop Leon a line. I know he's a bit of an Ultraverse enthusiast.

Don't laugh at me.
I get confused with malibu / ultraverse and Marvel.
I know that marvel in the end brought Ultraverse???
Is ultraverse an imprint of Malibu??

ANyway I am after SLUDGE, Nightman any Lord Pumpkin and RUNE big time.
I used to collect ultraverse back in the day ~ but traded ultravers comics for something I cannot remember.
I have little ultraverse now and need all sludge all nighman any hardcase. Will have to check my list of RUNE needs ~ do want the big version released of BWS rune.

Obviosuly in Leon has dibs thats cool.

Whoo hoo... I win these, AGAIN (and cheaper than the first time I won them now with MORE DVDs)

Yeah, it's Crossgen but THIS brand of Crossgen is still a Dead Universe IMO (as I watch Marvel rip it to shreds).

Good find on the CGW Sourcebook Platinum edition! I think this is one of the harder CGW's to find, especially in good condition.

In line with my recent Arrow Comics checklist, I just won these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 500wt_1287

24 different issues of The Deadworld described as being in VF/NM condition for $10.25 shipped. I happily would pay 50 cents each for these books at a local show, so I'm very happy with this price.

Grabbed The Phoenix Ressurrection #0 regular issue for a dime.

Plus Vintage Magnus Robot Fighter 1 - 4 for a dime eash as well.

Also for a dime, Cyberfrog VS. Creed #1. I figured what the hell...got the first issue of Cyberfrog a while ago for a dime at the same comic shop as well. Lots of Valiant stuff (random issues) that I may go back and start getting...great, another DU calling my name.
