I think Shadowman #1 would be a great candidate, a lot of stuff is laid out and set up in that issue, I would love to hear the OTV take on the book

Chiclo - I am with you that Demon Knights (along with JLA Dark) is the best DC title. Really dig that book.

Joshua Dysart is the man. Love his writing, seems like a super smart guy, would love to sit down for drinks with the guy and chat about random things.

I loved everything I heard from Valiant in terms of their strategy going forward. The ship is getting steered by a very worthy crew.

Man, I could listen to Josh Dysart talk about Harbinger all day every day... it remains my top fave of the five. So much cool stuff coming, its awesome that he is just brimming with enthusiasm & has such a strong vision for the book.

Agreed. And he seems like just a really cool fun guy. I think he's the absolute perfect guy to be writing that book right now.

Top down, this company seems to be doing things right. The Cuneo brothers brought the $$ and enough background in the industry to hire right and let the "creatives" loose with a true business plan, along with great hires like Warren and guidance from Dino. I hope they're in it for the long haul.

It took awhile for the pieces to come together to make this re-launch possible and I think the wait has been worth it. Sometimes it looked like a lost cause even with all of Dino's passion for the characters. Glad to see it coming together now.

Imagine if the rights had been sold to people with less conviction. There'd have been an announcement that Marvel or Disney or whomever had bought some characters from a dead universe and that'd be the last time these characters were ever heard from again.

One thing I can tell you is that EVERY one of the VEI dudes (and I've spent time with all of them) come off like PROs and champions.

It is real sweet to see them in motion. They seem to have a perfect mix of passion, experience, love, creativity, patience, and get-it-done-ness.

They have hired well.
