Which begs the question... how much should color art pages go for?

Pre-Unity color pages are probably $125 to $250 for important pages. Near $100 for other Pre-Unity.
Pages from Rai #0 are pretty close to pre-Unity important, so $200 for the best pages would probably be fair.

I offered the seller 175 and never heard back. I figured 175 to 200 would be fair, but I guess the seller is going to stick to his price. Too bad I really want it but I won't pay 300

Color art is a hard creature to price, more so than inks in my opinion. I don't think your offer was unreasonable.
