I need to see that movie again. It's been many a moon since last I watched it.

It's a classic.

They actually did a "reunion tour" to mark the 25th anniversary earlier this year.

Despite how bad Deathmates was, I have to give 5 out of 5 Entertaimos to the Deathmate Review podcast. I thought you guys were going to forget to mention the white card stock Prologue cover variant but Chiclo managed to mention it near the end - well sort of, Chiclo just managed to say that you guys almost forgot to mention it.

Sweet! I was kinda worried that the poor subject matter might lead to poor discussion.

I started this one, but can't finish it yet. Hearing about Deathmate just makes me want to burn all of my comics.

I like how Sean asks for everyone's opinions on whether they thought people were only Valiant and only Image fans and then he gets all *SQUEE* like my wife when he doesn't like the answer. :P

I really liked the show.

For me, the content is not as important as the banter.

I do like it much better when there is an outline.

I almost just edited the whole thing out. How dare Zeph and C-lo not give me the answer I wanted?!?!?!

I agree 100%. The podcast has been a great resource, being someone who is getting back in Valiant after a long time. It's been a great help, and extremely entertaining!

SWEET!

Glad to hear it. As someone who is just getting back into Valiant, what topics would you be interested in hearing about?

When you guys get real desperate for topics..... you could do a "what if" podcast. Give each of you dudes: C-lo, you, and TAFKAZ a what if scenario and give us your ideas.

I think you guys could do a "bad guy" epi (focus on Darque and Harada).

I think the next step is a detailed account of the best story lines. why could you guys not do Alpha & Omega, or Steel Nation detailed recap.

Then maybe a guide to reading post Unity.

Or..... maybe you could convince your podcast mates to read say..... the entire Shadowman 1-43 run and then give a report.

I haven't edited it yet, because I am scared. We recorded for about 2 hours. That's about 6 hours of editing.

I like the version of that qoute from Ahh! Real Monsters: "The only thing we have to fear is...my wife, Eleanor."

A guide to reading post Unity would be great. I'm pretty unsure which books I should avoid and which ones are actually good.

Also maybe an episode about binding your old Valiant comics? I'm interested in possibly doing this once I get a decent collection together. I'd love to hear your thoughts on binding comics in general, and in what order you think Valiants should be bound. For example, if I was to bind my Solars would you keep the Alpha & Omega inserts in the original order or would you bind those all together as one story? :atomic:

Keep up the great work!

Aaron

These are good ideas.

I'm putting together a second set that is about 2/3 done for a reading set, and I want to get it bound when I'm done. This would be a nice episode to knock out.

Perhaps you would be well served to bind your feelings on the issue.

I imagine you could arrange three attractive, leather-bound volumes.
