Most of them, although intended innocently, can sound gay if you say them the right way.

I don't think he intends it that way.

I just listened to the Archer and Armstrong spotlight...HILARIOUS episode, guys! But I had a question for you, 'cuz i've only so far read just issue 0-2, and 8...

Does Archer ever face his parents? I haven't been able to locate an answer about that? If so, what issue?

Not that I remember. I think they were dead and - if I remember right - learning of their deaths was unusually and nigh instantly cathartic for Archer.

Came back from Asia... but I think he was fresh off the boat when he made the acquaintaince of Aram and then sucked into Unity, so I guess you could say after he got back from Unity too.

I could be wrong (and often am) but I thought his parents were in prison when he got back.

From the entry in the VEI wiki for A&A:
Learning that shortly after he ran away his parents were imprisoned, Archer felt that he had lost his purpose.
The question is: Did they ever get out of prison?

I think they became some of Maser Darques zombies.

I am making this up, but that is what I would like to think happened.

I'm sure it was a story that Shooter had in mind for down the road. I'm sure it's something BWS would have handled well but I'm glad that none of the later writers tried it.

So I voted for Dr Solars Website.
Then I thought I should check it out.
Then I realised it was the podcast thing.

Considering I don't know what a podcast is ~ or own a apple phone I don't know if I can listen to it.

I am goin g to rea\d this thread and try and become more advanced in this age of computers.

Will I need to upgrade my commador 64 or will my friends commador amiga 500 get access?

Your computer ought to be able to play it.

I just listen to the podcasts through my browser.

Finally got all caught up with the podcasts. Great job by everyone as usual. :thumb:

There was a LOT of background noise in Episode 30: SDCC Preview Night. Other than that, I really enjoyed the SDCC episodes and it's great to hear all the cameo appearances by the VF.com members.

The preview night episode was recorded at a loud bar after quite a few beers. I think the recording accurately captures the environment and mood ;)
