believe it all you want, but didnt he actually tell someone in NYC that he had taken care of issues before leaving for NYC?

and I still dont believe that his luggage was ever lost...hard to be lost when it never made it to the airport...

dude, speaking solely for myself...i sincerely hope things (whatever they may be, frankly it's not my business and i won't pry into a personal area like that) work out for you.

sometimes things happen...as i've told you before, it's not the mistakes we make that define us, it's what we learn from them and how we handle things afterwards that's the key.

seriously...it sounds cheesy as hell but i do firmly believe that.

JUSTIN, sometimes life can be overwhelming. I know. I spent last year in living hell between my wife's surgeries, taking care of my ill, elderly parents, and financial problems.

Things DO get better, my friend.

Should you need ANYTHING or want a friend to talk to, just let me know. Regardless of these late deliveries, I still hold our friendship in high regards, and would like to help see you through these hard times.

I just don't understand why he went to the NY Con if going through this Big "D" has got him down so bad.

He sounded good when I was drunk-dialed.

Why would he bother with compiling the VCB, Valiant Harbinger Foundation Cards, and all the other projects if it were to just crap on us now?

it's not like there's anything positive to be gained by that move...maybe something happened that legitimately prevented him from contacting folks.

if he really never intended on making good on this stuff then why post in this thread saying he would? it's not like after all the times we'd already heard that we were likely to believe it 100% anyway. so then why say it at all if it wasn't a genuine and honest statement?

it's not as if there was anything to be gained by lying and besides, it would've been easier to simply fade into the sunset as opposed to stirring things up again. i mean the damage is already done as far some of us trusting him.

posting here tell us he's gonna fix things when he's didn't intend to just seems to make things worse then it already is and i sincerely get the feeling that's not what he wants.

is it not possible that with the divorce going on he literally cannot get access to the stuff to finish things up?

i mean, if she's got the house and he can't get into it to get our things then it's pretty hard to finish everything up.

comics aside i hope the guy's ok...but i can certainly see why some of you are beyond livid and absolutely out of patience with him.

i readily admit that if i was out a substantial amount of money i'd be just as *SQUEE* and ready to confront him as anyone.

You cant put good intentions in a mylite2 with a half back and slip it into a short box with a satisifying plop...

I am sure that he does have every intention of actually making everything right, but it gets to be bigger and bigger the more it goes on...

Hell just now after saying that he would pm every and then not pming folks is just going to make it that much harder to pm anyone...everyday that goes by makes everything just a little more difficult....
