Yeah no way is this not restored. I think that the guys on cgc even traced the origin of it. Of course just because it isnt cgc'd doesnt mean that it is a scam though. His lack of feedback and not having sold any high grade comics says scam, but lack of CGC label doesnt. If the dentist put his action 1 on ebay, which his action 1 is not slabbed, trust me that it would sell for just as much if not more than it would if it was slabbed.
Everyone involved with this auction are out to screw someone....The buyer thinks that they are getting over on the seller and the seller is getting over on them...simple. Anyone with the cash to drop on a HG SA keys should know better than to get into one of these situations.
But lack of cgc means nothing...absolutly nothing.
