Dynamite doesn't actually own any of the characters. They purchased the "Atlas Comics" copyright a while back from some random guy. Martin Goodman's grandson still owns all the actual IPs. So Dynamite never had the ability to do anything.

True. Probably more like one of their usual dick moves where they were either going to start making books without the IP rights, or try to use it as leverage to get the rights for cheap.

Nothing yet... As I mentioned earlier in this thread I sent a message to Dynamite concerning the Atlas mark thru the web site. I did not receive a reply. Months later I tried to access the forum section of the site and got the following message - Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here.

I did try accessing the forum on a different PC and was allowed access. That's pretty weak...
