They could really shake things up:BugsySig wrote:This version of VALIANT has yet to get Shadowman right. If there’s any title/character that needs a complete reboot this is it. Time to put VEI Jack to bed and get back to a more street level meets supernatural series.
1) new Shadowman series
2) there is only one version of issue #1, no variants of any kind
3) the cover is just a saxophone

It need to know the creative teams on these new announcements before I get excited. Let’s get some tried and tested, old school writers on the booksagent_graves wrote:

I’d assume the new creative team, (with input from editorial) would be the ones creating new adversaries for Abram. If the new creative team is in place already, they’re not telling, (If not Kindt, then who) I’m just happy that they’re making an effort to get him back on the publishing schedule.Dallow Spicer1 wrote:It need to know the creative teams on these new announcements before I get excited. Ah. Now I see your point. See, I hadn't heard what Killers is about. So is it possible the new The Visitor is the type of character you are looking for? With his handguns he looks pretty street level to meDallow Spicer1 wrote:Absolutely nothing but we’ve got enough of them and we need to branch out to something different. Now in Killers it turns out all of the ninjas are basically Psiots (or the equivalent) who can alter the ageing process and there’s yet another monkOxmyx wrote:Not sure what you mean by that last part. What you got against psiots, immortals, and monks?Dallow Spicer1 wrote:Kibblesmith’s Quantum and Woody was decent but no other writer so far has got me interested in these characters so I’ll pass on this.
Savage is coming back so we know that already. Aside from that I’d like to see new characters being launched but not from FVL or some othe C level writer, . Invest in a great writer and get them writing a serious street level character ala Batman, a character who is not a psiot or immortal or old but looks young, no facial scars and no monks
I think the risk is going to the well too many times. Whereas we don’t have any power free, street level characters ...let’s go down that route
I've been looking everywhere for the ultra-rare Turok vs Blister issue. Anybody able to help me out?

The fourth Divinity book called "Eternity". It was the foil cover, and it was amazingly gorgeous! This was the 1:40 variant. This book was such a beautiful book, reminded me quite a bit of the first Divinity Book, interiors were crazy delicious!Oxmyx wrote:Sorry for being out of the loop, but what is this?dino wrote:If only there was an entire universe of foils specifically created for this purpose...

Paul Levitz said at the panel that although the cover shows the Visitor with guns, they're not a big factor with the character.Oxmyx wrote:Ah. Now I see your point. Hints on Twitter from Robert Myers that another series of Neelu and that ridiculous big dinosaur character is on the way in 2020
We need better decision makers in charge, these people are clueless.

So board with Dmg renditions of my childhood charaters.
Valiant is so far down on my list of priorities.
Time to read wrath of the eternal warrior again.
Im tired of female charaters for the sake of them. Im sick of no Aric xo comic.
Where the hell are the lead charaters of the valiant universe.

Re: #VALIANT2020
This Eternity #1 1:40 wraparound cover is beautiful. How many of these characters , on both the FRONT and BACK covers, are actually known? Are there characters here that are UNKNOWN and one possibly planned as an antagonist to Divinity?dino wrote:If only there was an entire universe of foils specifically created for this purpose...
Was Dinesh planning to use unknown characters from this cover?
If so, could DMG Valiant be planning to also use characters from this cover? Or, are they gonna go in another direction?
The collectibility of this issue, Eternity #1 1:40, could really take off if it has a 1st appearance of a future star character on the cover. And, what a gorgeous cover it is!
