Re: Iconic game publisher Acclaim has been resurrected, with wrestler Jeff Jarrett as advisor
AFAIK Jeff Jarrett has not worked for WWE for at least 10-30 years as in-ring wrestler some of it being that Steve Austin didn't like him, and he was working for WCW the last major real threat to WWE when it out business. Then he started Total Nonstop Action Wrestling and lost control of that company and was fired. Then he started Global Force Wrestling, and that went nowhere, and he is currently working All Elite Wrestling the "biggest rival" to the WWE".ManofTheAtom wrote: Tue Mar 04, 2025 12:15 pmThere's a something here about a WWE wrestler saving Acclaim when VALIANT began with publishing WWE comics...
The article is about Acclaim as a video game publisher and NOT as a comic book publisher.

There's still an undeniable WWE connection between the players involved.Cyberstrike wrote: Sun Mar 09, 2025 11:39 amAFAIK Jeff Jarrett has not worked for WWE for at least 10-30 years as in-ring wrestler some of it being that Steve Austin didn't like him, and he was working for WCW the last major real threat to WWE when it out business. Have you been paying attention to this forum for the last few months? Of course any connection is deniable. David Lapham said so in our group text.ManofTheAtom wrote: Sun Mar 09, 2025 7:07 pmThere's still an undeniable WWE connection between the players involved.Cyberstrike wrote: Sun Mar 09, 2025 11:39 amAFAIK Jeff Jarrett has not worked for WWE for at least 10-30 years as in-ring wrestler some of it being that Steve Austin didn't like him, and he was working for WCW the last major real threat to WWE when it out business.
