Are you refering to the 'Darque' power? That supposedly ended in Chaos Effect and Shadowman was still around until 1999.

Because in EW #6,7 - Master Darque refers to geomancy as another form of magic to learn. Or did I msiread that, it's been a few years and my re-reading project is only upto UNITY.
