Ultraverse - Issue List

My needs list updated... even though I got totally trashed books today as the seller placed NO protection what so ever with these books, I will add the few I did recieve and just look for replacements later.

You would think that someone who sells comics to someone (oh hey it was even a boardmember who sold me these) would have the common sense to put cardboard, bubblewrap or SOMETHING to protect these books while in transit... especially as they were sent media mail.

Yeah, I could be WAY off on this... what do you guys think ?

You know Knightt, the pople we buy these books for know that in the big market there not worth anything. So they dont think there worth any portection. They dont think that we care what they look like. But you know I think that my Prime # 1 is just as good as my Solar # 1.I try to send mine where they wont get all banged up. I guess I,ve been lucky so far very few books damaged. And I have had some sent in just a brown envlope.

I know how it feels. I was recently sent trashed books too. The funny thing is that the packing was excellent but somehow, the boards and the comics were dented up. There wasn't even any damage to the priority mail box. Just the comics and the backing boards. By the way, the guy is also a board member too.

Hmmm... seems to be rash of unhappy people with board members over purchases lately.

I have had a lot going on and while this was brought up in the public forum featuring the Ultraverse, I recall a transaction we had with Ultraverse books but the particulars escape me... so lets continue this via PM, email or call me direct as you have access to all three venues. I don't know why this was not approached in the aforementioned venues and instead brought to light in public but I am glad that you were not 'holding your breath', I hear that this is bad for you.

If this transaction was done under my Knightt_333 name then all my PMs are gone and have been gone since October. Checking my current PMs under the name Knightt, they go back to October 10th and no further. Not a one of them are from you.

It is not my intent nor has it EVER been my intent to be a fraud to anyone during a trade or for any other reasons. In fact, I have always tried to go above and beyond the call of duty to exceed my trade when I could... key words, when I could. Two recent trades come to mind, one with Heath and the other with 400yrs. So, if I have honestly exhibited conduct unbecoming, I apologize and will take any chance to rectify the situation with interest.

Again, why this was not taken up in private is beyond me, sir.

I have never had any problems with purchases/trades with Chris. I am one of the members who take forever in shipping and trades! Quite a few board members can attest to that!

I've actually had a couple transactions with Knightt and can honestly say he's one of the best people I've ever dealt with. Packaging was excellent, he threw in some nice and unexpected extras, and so forth. I wish I could have been as good to Knightt as he was to me! But he is only human (and a very busy one at that) and things slip by us all from time to time. I'm sure he'll make things right for you, dellamorte.

Speaking of things slipping by us, I still need to send you that Cyberforce TPB I promised you, Knightt. I'll try to get it out sometime this week.

I have had more trades with Knightt than I can remmber. We have traded Ultraverse, Broadway, Valiant, and what nots. I have never had a bad trade or deal with Knightt. He has always sent me more than I ask for. And I have also had a deal with Dellamort. And it was also a good deal. I do think this should have been done in privet. Before it was made pulic. I think it could have been takeing care of there.

My comments did not come off the way I had intended. Chris is a good guy and I have no problem with him at all. I was trying to be funny and remind him that he owes me a few books all at the same time apparently it came out wrong. Sorry.

I just traded Chris for a beautiful copy of Fatale: Inherit the Earth tpb. Great packaging and awesome extras. I was the one who took a while to get the stuff shipped. I'd never hesitate to trade with him in the future.

ATTENTION Ultraverse collectors

new variant found

Ultraverse Premiere #0 Ultra 5,000

The thing that makes this book amazing to me is:

A. As far as I can tell, this is another book that fell off the radar and isn't listed at any of the usual Ultraverse lists.

B. Ultraverse Premiere #0 was already a send away book, like Harbinger #0 Pink. Having this book be an Ultra 5,000 would be similiar to having a gold logo edition of Harbinger Pink. Kind of weird...

Do you mean this issue ? Geez, I got this recently and it must have slipped by me. Mine is signed by cover artist Jim Lee.

Not really happy about the signature but I at least have the 'slipped off the radar' book. Also not happy seeing as how it slipped off MY radar. LOL

I have updated the ever growing list... I should have done this when I first got the book. I will double my efforts to remain vigilant.
