Chris

P.S. Anyone else bringing their wifes / girlfriends? :hope: That way Kristi will not feel so out of place and maybe they can hang out or go shopping together while I go out with the guys. :thumb:

That's cool - my wife's planning to drive up with me and hit Macy's for some shopping. Guess that means I can't spend any money

It could take anywhere from 1 hour to more depending on the time you get in...After 4:00 it's usually difficult in and out of the city driving...

I would pick you up myself, but I'll be at the show making sure everything is set for the 3 days..

I'd venture to say no one will be driving to the show from where the airports are; it's all about mass transportation from Queens into Manhattan. The show is directly across from Penn Station where long island rail road stops and Amtrak and the subway as well. Find out which airport you'll be flying into and where you'll be staying and I can give you a plan to get you from the airport to the show.

Most likely I will be flying in Friday early afternoon to LaGuardia. The map I looked at said about 8 miles to the hotel which isn't far from the convention.

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

Svair - I may have to back out because of some new and unanticipated financial commitments (although I still hope to participate in upcoming VfVSS projects). Anyway, my attendance is now in doubt -- would you want me to return the certificate for your giveaway project?
