If the seller wanted to 'downsize' their collection, why aren't more books listed for sale?

Yeah, right. More like 85 cents....
Turok was never in that weird high-dollar echelon of VALIANTs, right? I never thought so... (esp. not with close to 2 miliion printed)

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLL no. A dealer would have been lucky to get $5 for one at the HEIGHT of its "popularity"....

Hmmmmm....I wonder how long a 1.7 million run would take on the presses....?

As fast as those things move? Even with chromium and embossed paper, maybe a day or two...

-slym (is totally guessing)
Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

After paying 85 bucks for Turok #1 he must not have the money to buy anymore issues.

Damn I thought this was going to be a good item to look at... With the title & 2 pages of responces I figured it would be some great, super limited Valiant find.

...& I click the link to find a friggin overpriced Turok 1. :D

BTW, I have a long box of this crap I was saving for a bonfire. Anybody can have them if you wanna pay shipping. Depluto, you still need chromium? :thumb:

Ebay really needs to clean up this crap. Can't they make it just a little bit tougher to start listing items? I know they want the listing fees but is it really worth it for them to have this kind of clutter junking up the place? That's what ebay is for the most part--a junkyard!

heres some more from ebay. i realize these are cgc graded but still and the last one is kinda pricey too. Kinda funny the first one says highest graded anywhere. Second one is a 9.9 as well. Guy needs to check his facts.
