Ahhhh....every sale relates to market value. All info is valuable info. :thumb:

if i told the seller i'd keep the info private (board member or otherwise) then i'd do exactly as i said.

i don't necessarily see the logic in such a request but if he asked for the favor and i agreed to it then it's a done deal.

i wouldn't divulge the info either...regardless of the circumstances.

That's a great haul man. God, I've never even seen one of these in person and that's pretty crazy because honestly, I've seen EVERYTHING at some point come through the Chicago area... honestly.

So Zephyr, why can't you accept the fact that several posts ago I stated that the seller asked me not to divulge the price? Your arguments become moot, because as you stated, if that's the case, than that's ok. Well, that's the case. deal with it and move on. geez... talk about beating a dead horse...you take the trophy!!! I think you just like to post to just see your screenname as much as possible. Well there you go. You are king. you win. (but you still don't know what I paid, and I be that burns your *SQUEE*, huh?)

Zephyr was a character in a comic...and boy, was she HOT!!

Point of clarification: I accepted the fact that the seller asked you not to divulge the price when you stated it, as I have no reason to believe you would be lying about the seller's request. Whether you honor that request is between you and the seller, and has nothing to do with me.

What you MEANT to ask was "why can't you accept that fact that several posts ago I stated that the seller asked me not to divulge the price and I am going to honor that request?"

(I think that's going to fly over some heads, but Depluto and Myron get it...and that's all that really matters...;))

As far as "not accepting that you are going to honor that request"....I thought that I made the point ABUNDANTLY clear that you have the right to withhold such information.

What part of "I only asked you once" was unclear? Did I ask twice (despite your claim to the contrary)...?

Nope.

Discussing the wherefores of your refusal to reveal such info is not "not accepting that you will honor that request."
Your arguments become moot
No, they are "academic", not "moot." Bit of a difference. ;)

If that's what you need to tell yourself to justify it, then, ok... we'll go with that :!:

Girls, you're all pretty, but not as pretty as that picture posted on page one. Now let's stop arguing semantics, and get to the true spirit of the season. Which is of course donating any unwanted VVSS books (or VFVSS books), whether they be EW's, Geomancers, PSI-Forces, or even Magnus 0's, to my comic boxes. I promise they'll be given a lovely home in a new-fangled drawerbox, most likely in my girlfriend's basement. And speaking of sending me things, I got a sweet copy of Trencher #1 today from Second_Death!
