He's implying that being a "Bush lover" means you are filthy rich...because, after all, only Bush lovers have money...and they got it on the backs of the poor....the poor like him. Even though he's not poor by any stretch of the imagination.Chiclo wrote:I'm not a Bush Lover, but I am twice a Bush voter. Would have been three times if I were 9 months older - I could have voted for him for Governor in 1998.Akuma wrote:So the price for you being the good guy will be $480, for a good ol Bush lovers that shouldn't be a problem.
Perhaps that distinction is why I cannot see spending $480 on a comic. At least not that comic.
Can't argue with THAT logic.

I'm not a Republican. I could be and I would be except the Texas state Republican Party is a collection of morons and the Republican Governor (and Bush's successor) has been elected twice for two reasons - the incompetence of the Democrats to field a viable alternative candidate and he has very photogenic hair. So basically I am a Libertarian that votes for Republican presidents.
Here's pulling for a Thompson/Romney ticket in '08!

Romney won't get it. He's Mormon. That's going to scare everyone away.
Still, I like him the second best of all the candidates out there.
Fred Thompson really would stand better than a fair chance. And TNT could play his Law and Order re-runs all day long.

Well, at least this way Whett will get his book, cause the likelihood of J getting it to him doesn't seem very likely.jedimarley wrote:Very cool of you Zeph. It would just be transferred to ME, and I will then have the power to forgive the debt, which I do now in anticipation.

It's depressing really, this is not the same Akuma/SOTU that we have come to know over the years.whovianone wrote:cobra_commander wrote: Akuma vs. Zeph. I guess it's good you're fighting for what you want, you're just a year or so late. Next time fight for your books when they're offered for sale and you'll get them for the price you want. If you miss your opportunity you can blame YOURSELF, I don't have anything to do with you missing out.Elveen wrote:ZephyrWasHOT!! wrote:$25 or $30.Elveen wrote:ZephyrWasHOT!! wrote:Why don't you just sell it to a fan for what you paid for it?
