who knows.
I just know that there were some done by first and some by Innovation.
I assumed because people always refer to the Innovation series, that it was them first and First second (go on, work that one out

There is a good chance they published at similat times but im sure First closed up shop before innovation did, although that may not have bearig on the answer.

The idea is to try and get complete scans for each Du dude, so whatever you have complete tick the box by pm Knightt with your DU.Phantom wrote:brought a scanner printer combo thing today.
Don't have many DU but willing to help.
If I scan them, who do I send the scans to?
Via email or disc?

It is still 'in the works'... might pick it up sometime but there is WAAAAY too much on my plate at this time to think about this. Not saying an 'effort' could not go forward but my input or coordination in this is not possible.
I intend to have folks sign up for a DU, they keep them on their system until complete, then send them to me via snail mail on a disc and then I work out the details on the what, where and when.
I still need to work out the details with Greg, this sites fearless leader.

Re: OFFICIAL Sign Up for the Dead Universe Cover Scan Projec
I've been scanning the covers from all my comics to help me with keeping track of them. I would be willing to resize the images to any sizes 453x700@250dpi. My raw scans are coming out at 2016x3021@300dpi they are just over 1mb each.
and on a side note. To anyone that has the Rune poster pieces (back covers of some issues) I only have 3 of them (D, E, I) and could use the missing ones in similar resolution to my raws if possible

Yep, re reading rune at the moment ~ so I will check latter, just taking kids to the pool
.Short box upstairs.
After all these years I still have the same printer/ scanner.
Photos any good?
I have learnt to select pixal size of photos ( and check the correct size from download) however cannot adjust as run old software.

Re: OFFICIAL Sign Up for the Dead Universe Cover Scan Projec
I was looking to looking to either print each page and then put into a large frame, or photoshop them all into a single image and then take to like staples to have printed as a poster. So as long as they come out looking similar to the scans would I would be fine with that.
here is one of the scans I did from the back posters of Firarm or Freex can't remember exactly which

i have c f g h j k .
don't know how k fits in? doesn't look like part of the poster at all.
you could just ask barry for the original.

I did not know that it was rune 0, only difference I bet then would be the rune logo and letters on each versus a single solid issue.Phantom wrote:i have c f g h j k .

I will also try to get a copy of the original at some point.

Re: OFFICIAL Sign Up for the Dead Universe Cover Scan Projec
I am sure he will just give you the page.
well we can always hope.
Was thinking about this. You could get a high quality cover scan of issue 0, then only use the individual issues on the top three issues to get rid of the malibu title and comic bar.
That way you get a cleaner image, and rune is written quite small three times across the top.
