Prince Adam w/ Orko 2 pack (2 if possible)

So, I am having a hard time getting a room in SD for the show, hopefully something will come through soon so I can book my flights.

We pre-register a year in advance at the hotel we stay in every year at SDCC. That's the best way confirm your room!

I know, I know.

Just wasn't sure if I'd be able to pull off the cross country trip 2 years in a row, and to be honest, although it was a pain last year, I had a room with the former system at travelplanners, I just kept moving it as rooms became available to get into the hotel where I wanted to be.

This year I called on 30 min. after the reservations started and I've been on the waiting list since, go figure.

It'll probably work out, these things usually do.

Not looking good on the room, everything I can find is further out than I'd like.

Looking more and more like my next con is gonna be NYC in the fall.

Manchester Grand Hyatt has rooms, 1.5 blocks from the convention
center. I just checked the comic-con website. $229 per night. If you need a
room, book it fast! When I just checked they had Friday and Saturday nights as I tried to book both at one time. Not sure if you can book them singularly.

The one in October? Crap. I'll miss it by a few weeks. If everything goes as planned, after this year, I won't be going to NY for while. Good luck with everything, though.

I am still looking for a badge for Saturday ... grrrrrr. I'm getting worried. Hopefully Comic-con will put badges up on EBAY like they did last year. Yesterday was the last day to cancel and get a refund so hopefully some will show up soon.

If anyone see them on ebay, please let me know.

I also need a badge for Sat. I will need to pick up sketches. I remember alst year they put some on sale. Hopefully again.

Well I got an email back from comic-con.

Good news is that they will be doing the same thing this year on EBAY. They didn't know when yet, but they said last year it was about 3 weeks before the convention. Join their twitter page to get the info as soon as it happens. Hopefully we will both get Saturday!

Monday at noon pacific .... more badges on sale! EBAY. Of course I will be in the middle of training at work! Of all days!! Hopefully I can get my brother to try and get me one ....

Yep, I got mine for Saturday. Did you get yours?? I actually tried at 12 pt and it said they were sold out for friday and saturday .... by 1 pm they had added a bunch more and nothing was sold out ....

Great!

I was so annoyed because the email I got from SDCC said they would be put up on ebay ... I was in training all day so I had my brother log on at noon to ebay and nothing was there!!!

I figure out that it was on the SDCC at around 12:40 and it was showing SOLD OUT for Saturday .... I was so mad. Luckily on my lunch break after 1 pm I tried again and more were available. I'm good to go for Friday and Saturday now
