It's too bad the Samedi follower killed himself off to give Samedi his body, since I was interested in seeing more of him. I mean seeing more of him as himself, not as a corpse possessed by Samedi.

I think it was done to show the readers just how much influence Samedi has over them to make them do something like that. It was quite epic.Baramos wrote:It's too bad the Samedi follower killed himself off to give Samedi his body, since I was interested in seeing more of him. I want to see Samedi in his true form in the real world more so than using a body as a vessel, maybe both he and Darque will find a way into the real world sooner than later......

I thought the same thing. Thought they where introducing a new charactor. Now he is a dead vessel.Baramos wrote:It's too bad the Samedi follower killed himself off to give Samedi his body, since I was interested in seeing more of him. I understand what you are saying manga4life, but looked like he was going to be a part of the book.
Will be when /if Samedi and Dark cross over. But I like the story development backing that up.
I wish their was a Spinal Tap comic, and I had a copy CGC graded at 11.

I just saw a preview of Shadowman #0 on CBR... wow. De La Torre's interior art is pretty amazing. That's exactly the type of gritty artwork this book needs. If I'm not mistaken he's the same guy that drew the deadside in Shadowman #5, right? I liked how the deadside was drawn in that issue a lot.

And thanks, wasn't too sure. Mainly because the great disparities in the coloring makes his art look quite different.
