My order status is still "Item(s) located in stock". We shall see.
Just confirmed that I was charged for them... so positive sign there!
Disregard the above. Got the delay email, and the charges were reversed. Ugh.
And now I get a shipping notification. Oi... talk about mixed signals. It's like prom night all over again.
And the saga continues. The package arrived from Toys 'R Us, and I excitedly opened it to find...........

Two sets of Spider-Man/Mysterio minimates.

*SQUEE*.

And, yes, I checked the receipt, and yes, the order listed was for the Valiant figures.

So cool to finally have Valiant figures, if only they still had the rights to the Gold Key characters I'd love a Solar and Magnus.
Been to two stores now and nothing...wtf...only one more in the area. Not super close but gonna make an attempt this week. If that fails, to the inter webs we go a shopping...

I "bought" mine online at TRS three days ago and I have yet to receive an email regarding my purchase. So how does one even track my purchase?

I have an Order Number, but no way to track it.

I have a TRU account so I can "track" my orders.

Used the in-store pick up to finally secure mine. That rack was full of the Valiant Minimates, while all the others appeared almost empty. Not the greatest visual... almost a "they're buying everyone except these" impression.

that's exactly what's happening. toy collectors call them "peg warmers." the toy nobody wants or the one that over saturated the market. in general it's not a good thing.

After being out of the office with the flu for a few days, I found a package waiting for me. I had no idea what it was until it was open and I found my mini mates inside. I don't know if they came Thursday, Friday, or today - but they're here :-)Image

For anyone in the Phoenix area, the Goodyear TRU, has them on the rack.
I wonder what it would be like to be a lonely, muck-encrusted monster? Probably be an improvement.

You guys are cracking me up. :P

I bought one for me and one for a Canadian board member. I have to say that should you peel them out of the box, those tiny guns bring new meaning to the word "tiny." Holy cow, one of them is probably LESS than 1/4 inch.

But who am I kidding..who is going to take them out of the box. :? :D

:hi: I was going to open 1 up.... eventually. The glue/adhesive/whatever that holds the plastic to the board didn't quite adhere properly to about 1/3 to 1/2 of the package. So....... I opened it!!!

It would be the best graded copy in the registry.
