Depends on fast you want to leave this world, so I'll let you choose.
How about a slap on the butt?
-slym (wondering how you get "pea-knuckle" out of pinochle)
Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

Thanks for the welcome and concern about my presence.
I got a question:
Digging in the basement, I found a Valiant item I don't see on this site (but maybe I just didn't find it yet). Any help?
A large manilla envelope (really big, about 12" x 18"). Inside in a really nice plastic sleeve is a cert of authenticity for this item: Red Cross Print Set 14/100. From Dark Adventure Comics (from Dark Adventure Con '92).
It's not from the first 10 sets, so it doesn't have some other goodies (autographs and such), but it does have 4 large prints of various Valiant characters/covers. The first is signed by Jeff Austin and Alan Webb (who?). Also included is a pristine copy of the 1992 Valiant marketing plan and a nice letter apologizing for the missing signed comic that Valiant didn't send on time to be included (I don't think it was ever sent). Finally, there's a boarded copy of the Dark Adventure Con '92 schedule with Valiant cover art.
It's all in perfect shape except the envelope is very cleanly opened so the contents can be seen. Any idea if it's worth anything at all?
Also have two prints of Wizard 23 cover (11" x 17" photocopies) with one signed I guess by the artist (BA--- Sh----?). The picture is titled "Valiant/Image X-Over" and has "Deathmate Wizard 23" at the bottom.
Thanks

You found a Dark Con print set!?! I do not know how much they are, but I need one...lol! A few members on this board have them and they can tell you what they paid for them. Just post your question in the General section and the people here will be more than glad to help you!
As for the other items... I have not heard of them. Do you ahve scans or pics? I would also ask about them in the General section of the board.

One of the few things we don't need
Although I don't want to get rid of most of our stuff, I wouldn't mind this one while it's still in good shape. Storage can do nasty things to paper.
Thanks for the suggestion.
