Yeah I know its alot of peoples favourites. But Aric just looks really unnatural to me there.tmcneil82 wrote:Really? I think that is one of my top ten favorite covers from valiantian_house wrote:I've never thought that was a great cover, Aric is standing in such a weird stance...sanman wrote:

I didn't mean for that to come off as me calling you an idiot or anything if it did.ian_house wrote:Yeah I know its alot of peoples favourites. I guess the stranger thing here is how many people love the cover for solar 10, since its, you know..... the laziest cover in the history of comics. BTW, its one of my favorites as well.

But black is cool! And apparently it never goes out of fashion, not that I'd know much about fashion!
Well, the thread's question was asking for one’s All-Time Favorite VALIANT Issue. X-O #1 is my favorite issue—not my favorite cover.ian_house wrote:I've never thought that was a great cover, Aric is standing in such a weird stance...sanman wrote:

My favorite covers are Rai #3, Solar #5 and Unity #0. Any one of these would make awesome posters for the man cave.

Oh yeah, I wasn't having a go. Just saying that I didn't really like the cover, mainly because I know it is considered a great one by so many.sanman wrote:Well, the thread's question was asking for one’s All-Time Favorite VALIANT Issue. Me as well. I was into this book even before the first issue. I remember being in a local drug store and reading Wizard magazine from their magazine rack. There was an article about this upcoming comic where they described the concept as "Conan the Barbarian using Iron Man's armor". I was hooked from there. There are other books that are better, sure. But that was the first. Then came Unity, and I got to experience all the other titles. It was over after that. I still loved my X-men, but Valiant had taken the top spot I think.sanman wrote:
